We are sorry to see you go. This page provides instructions on how to request the deletion of your account and associated data from the Clozo platform.

How to Request Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Clozo mobile application on your device.
  2. Navigate to the 'Profile' section of the app.
  3. Scroll down and tap on the 'Delete Account' option.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

Alternatively, you can send an email to clozo.in@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

What Data is Deleted?

When you request to delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number, avatar).
  • Your saved addresses.
  • Your saved measurements and sizing profiles.
  • Your complete order history.
  • Any reviews or ratings you have submitted.
  • Your notification and communication preferences.

What Data May Be Kept?

For legal and financial compliance (e.g., tax purposes), anonymized transaction records may be retained. These records will be stripped of any personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you.

Confirmation

Once the deletion process is complete, you will receive a final confirmation email. Please note that this process is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account or data afterward.
