Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Clozo mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Clozo ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. The Service
Clozo is a technology platform that connects users with third-party tailoring service providers ("Tailors"). We do not provide the tailoring services ourselves. The platform allows you to find, book, and manage tailoring orders with participating Tailors.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order through Clozo, you are entering into an agreement directly with the Tailor. We facilitate this process by providing the platform and processing payments.
- Pricing: All prices are set by the Tailors and are clearly displayed in the application. We may charge a service fee, which will be included in the total order price.
- Payment: All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Order cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual Tailors and the stage of the tailoring process. The specific policy for your order will be made available to you before you confirm your payment. Clozo will mediate disputes to the best of its ability but does not guarantee refunds.
4. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate body measurements and other required details for your orders. Inaccurate information may result in poorly fitting garments, for which neither Clozo nor the Tailor can be held responsible.
- You agree to treat Tailors with respect and professionalism. Any harassment or abuse will result in the termination of your account.
5. Service Fulfillment and Liability
Clozo acts as an intermediary. While we have a verification process for Tailors on our platform, we are not responsible for the quality of their workmanship, delivery timelines, or any damages incurred during the tailoring process.
We do not guarantee that a Tailor's services will meet your expectations. We encourage you to review Tailor ratings and reviews before placing an order. In case of a dispute, Clozo will provide a platform for communication between you and the Tailor but is not obligated to resolve the dispute.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Clozo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Clozo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
